Omez is a medicine that soothes symptoms such as Acid reflux, difficulty swallowing & persistent Cough which also heals acid damage, ulcers.
Acid reflux causes burning pain felt internally around the lower chest area, caused by stomach acid flowing back up into the food pipe which can be treated by Omez 20mg
Apart from Acid reflux Omez 20mg is also prescribed for duodenal ulcer, Erosion of esophagus (Treatment with omez may last 2 – 8 weeks depending on severity of the disease)
Recommended dosage – once daily
Omez works by reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach and helps relive acid reflux, duodenal ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Over dosage may cause certain side effects like headaches, insomnia, diarrhoea, nausea and abdominal pain.
