Omez Tablet for the treatment of Ulcer

Ulcers are holes or breaks in the protective lining of the duodenum (the upper part of the small intestine) or the stomach — areas that come into contact with stomach acids and enzymes.

Bacterial infection is the primary cause of Ulcers.

Ulcers include:
  • Gastric ulcers that occur on the inside of the stomach.
  • Esophageal ulcers that occur inside the hollow tube (esophagus) that carries food from your throat to your stomach.
  • Duodenal ulcers that occur on the inside of the upper portion of your small intestine (duodenum)
Ulcers caused due to:
  • Infection with a type of bacteria called Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori).
  • Excess acid production from gastrinomas, tumors of the acid producing cells of the stomach that increases acid output.
Treatment:
  • Omez tablet reduces Ulcer by stopping the infection of Helicobacter pylori which results in permanent solution from Stomach Ulcer.
  • Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) – Omez tablet work by blocking the actions of proteins called proton pumps, which are partially responsible for producing stomach acid. Reducing the amount of stomach acid prevents further damage to the ulcer, allowing it to heal naturally.
Omez tablet produce a protective coating on the lining of your stomach.
